the secondary office and College at Queen of Resort Sidowayah Klaten with

He Start His Career From The Bottom Position In The Accor Group At Novotel Yogyakarta Until Leader Position. And Then He Join To The Biggest Hospitality Corporation In The World In Carnival Coorporation In 2009, With Holland America Line He Got A Lot Of Experience Of Excellent Hotelier. He Had Been Through Travelling Around The World For 5 Years In Europe And U.S He Is The Owner Of Hip College Solo.

Tahun 2001 Bergabung Di Novotel Hotel Solo Yg Saat Itu Hotel Terbaik Di Solo Managed By Accor Group Perancis. Di Sinilah Arini Di Bentuk Sebagai Food And Beverage Service Yg Profesional, Sebagai Best Employee Of The Year 2005 , Hingga Berkarir Baik Pada Top Management Selama 7 Tahun Bersama Accor.Tahun 2008 Arini Menandatangani Kontrak Dengan Hotel Baron Indah Selama 2 Tahun Dengan Project Up Grade Dari Losmen Menjadi Hotel Bintang 3 Dengan Goal Setting Fix And Sale ,Dan Finally Hotel Ini Terbeli Oleh Sritex Group. Tahun 2014 HIP College Melampui Target Siswanya .Arini Dan Suami Memutuskan Untuk Fokus Di Indonesia Handle HIP College Sebagai Owner Sekaligus Quality Control Hingga Sekarang.
